Building located in a fast growing industrial area.    The new owners of the building transferred the industrial operations of their company to the property where also is located an industrial warehouse next to.

The purpose of this intervention was to take advantage of the existing structure and maintain its original geometric configuration while providing bioclimatic protection to the façade.  Free internal spaces were implemented to make the spatial distribution more flexible according to the distribution need at future.

 

The internal and external lighting of the building was also completely rethought and a color palette was used according to the corporate image of the company.
